Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Site Client Service Supervisor in Chattanooga.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in the training and direction of the Client Service Rep positions
- Making recommendations for methods to increase productivity
- Assisting in selecting, interviewing, hiring and terminating employees
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to provide coverage at the site for the CSR
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- Experience in a medical records or health care setting would be beneficial
- Must take and pass a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher
