Job Summary

An on-demand interface for the restaurant industry is in need of a Telecommute Site Reliability Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Practicing sustainable incident response and postmortems
• Brainstorming, defining, and building collaborative monitoring solutions
• Contributing insights across teams to help us improve or re-architect observability of existing systems

Required Skills:

• Interest in Operations concepts and technologies
• Experience with monitoring systems like PagerDuty, Datadog, Sumo Logic, Raygun, and NewRelic
• Knowledge of at least one of Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus, App Service Plan, CodePipeline, CircleCI, etc.
• Been in the trenches building highly scalable, efficient, and resilient systems
• Must have senior level experience in defining and participating in incident response at the Production level
• Understanding of platform level concerns, such as configuration management, canary deployments, etc.
