Job Summary

A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Site Reliability Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the technical direction of the observability infrastructure
  • Mentoring junior members of the team
  • Providing systems expertise

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of previous DevOps, SRE, or Operations experience
  • BS in a Computer Science related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience administrating Linux and MS Windows servers at scale
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash)
  • Proficiency in configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or similar
  • Experience deploying applications with Kubernetes and Docker
