Job Summary
A global healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Site Reliability Engineering Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as a subject matter expert on the Site (System) Reliability Engineering discipline
- Leading Engineers growing into an SRE role
- Creating, Managing and Reporting against specific improvement projects.
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of professional IT experience, with steadily increasing responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience designing and building highly distributed, cloud-based systems
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and/or managing workloads for IT team members
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or Leading an SRE team
- Experience designing and building High-Availability application
