Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Skilled Nursing Facility Liaison.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Completing facility surveys and enters the data into a main data base
- Addressing issues regarding the facilities or our members
- Assessing the facility using established guidelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Texas with no disciplinary action
- 3-5 years of varied clinical nursing experience
- Prior utilization management experience
- Prior clinical experience preferably in a skilled or rehabilitation clinical setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
