Job Summary
A financial services and insurance agency is seeking a Telecommute Skills Program Talent Management Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the planning, design, development, implementation and evaluation
- Leading a team of Advisors in the management of talent development programs
- Aligning talent development programs to support Enterprise strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience
- 8 or more years of progressive work experience in HR management, leadership development, organizational development, and/or talent management
- 3 or more years direct team lead or management experience
- Strong acumen to identify future talent needs based on business strategy
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word and PowerPoint
