Job Summary

A staffing firm is in need of a Telecommute Skype for Business Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain all aspects of Microsoft's Skype for Business (SfB) SfB Design, deployment and infrastructure
  • Assist with Client Health checks, monitoring of client systems, and monthly reporting as per client contracts
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in Skype for Business & Voice (PSTN)
  • 5 years of Administration, including: 1 implementation project of MS SfB infrastructure, including voice SfB client installations
  • Working knowledge of network protocols and standards
  • Deployment troubleshooting expertise
  • 5 years of experience with Windows (XP & 7; 32 & 64bit) operating systems including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
