Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Small Commercial New Appointment Sales Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Using a consultative sales approach in understanding agencies short and long-term objectives
  • Assessing where prospects are need by conducting research
  • Prospecting and recruiting independent agencies to increase agency distribution in key local markets

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 10 % of the time
  • Minimum of 3 years work-related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to analyze data and set/execute the strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple, high detail, and sensitive goals with a team-focused attitude
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with our prospective agency partners
