Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Small Company Accounting Manager in Cambridge.
Must be able to:
- Complete monthly and annual accounting closes and reporting
- Analyze and reconcile monthly key accounting and billing accounts
- Supervise an initial support team of 3 full-time employees and 1 part-time accountant
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Hands on/small company experience
- Bachelor’ s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ of those years in a supervisory role
- Strong, hands on experience with accounting and financial systems
- Strong billing background, using integrated billing systems
- Working knowledge of GAAP
