Job Summary

A communications agency is seeking a Telecommute Social Media Account Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in building the Social Media team
  • Serve on and lead a team of Social Media Community Managers
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across established social media channels

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • May require some travel
  • Professional experience with social media community management for a major brand
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some night, weekend and holiday hours
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Functional understanding of multiple social media platforms
  • Experience with social analytics and data analysis
