Job Summary
A communications agency is seeking a Telecommute Social Media Account Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in building the Social Media team
- Serve on and lead a team of Social Media Community Managers
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across established social media channels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- May require some travel
- Professional experience with social media community management for a major brand
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some night, weekend and holiday hours
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Functional understanding of multiple social media platforms
- Experience with social analytics and data analysis
