Job Summary
A communications agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Social Media Community Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries across social media channels
- Engaging with customers on news, products and services
- Identifying and flagging trending topics
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some travel may be required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some night, weekend and holiday hours
- Experience with social analytics and data analysis
- Understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
