Job Summary

A communications agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Social Media Community Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries across social media channels
  • Engaging with customers on news, products and services
  • Identifying and flagging trending topics

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Some travel may be required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some night, weekend and holiday hours
  • Experience with social analytics and data analysis
  • Understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
