Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Social Media Content Moderator in El Paso.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Field customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- 18 years of age or older; and High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through the use of desktop applications
- Ability to work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
