Job Summary

A nonprofit healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Social Media External Communications Intern.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitoring, tracking and preparing reports to summarize the results and effectiveness of social media initiatives
• Writing and distributing brand messages through various social media and digital channels
• Supporting PR, reputation management and brand communication initiatives on social media channels

Position Requirements Include:

• Minimum 2+ years university education completed and currently working towards an undergraduate or
• Graduate degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology, Public Relations or a related field
• Web publishing experience
• Ability to work well with business customers and IT partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills
