Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Social Media Listening and Optimization Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver timely Social Insights reports derived from owned, earned and competitor activity for internal teams
  • Build ad-hoc reporting to meet specific campaign, launches and program needs
  • Proactively liaise with stakeholders to understand business requirements and determine keywords, hashtags and social profiles to monitor

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital media, business, communications, journalism, marketing, data science, or relevant/related field
  • Must have social media management experience in complex organization (minimum 3 years, best 5)
  • Must have experience in the Service Provider customer segment and audience
  • Must have deep understanding of social media data (and all its caveats)
  • Must have proven ability to spot gaps and opportunities through social listening and reporting
