Job Summary
A health and beauty company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Social Media Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing channel-specific content strategies for our core (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and emerging (Twitch) platforms
- Collaborating with our TikTok lead to help drive cohesive strategy across Instagram and TikTok Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, and social media trends
- Developing and growing our online brand ambassador program, partnering with our college ambassador lead to both amplify and differentiate each program
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years experience managing social strategy
- Proven strong passion for social – understanding how to integrate cultural trends without making it feel forced or off brand
- Demonstrated deep understanding of how brands should use social to show up authentically
- Ability to stay ahead of trends and adapt to a constantly changing social media landscape
- Ability to share learnings and insights with our user acquisition team to turn organic content into high performing ads
- Ability to partner with influencer team to leverage influencers as organic content creators for our owned channels
