Job Summary

A health and beauty company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Social Media Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing channel-specific content strategies for our core (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and emerging (Twitch) platforms
  • Collaborating with our TikTok lead to help drive cohesive strategy across Instagram and TikTok Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, and social media trends
  • Developing and growing our online brand ambassador program, partnering with our college ambassador lead to both amplify and differentiate each program

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5 years experience managing social strategy
  • Proven strong passion for social – understanding how to integrate cultural trends without making it feel forced or off brand
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of how brands should use social to show up authentically
  • Ability to stay ahead of trends and adapt to a constantly changing social media landscape
  • Ability to share learnings and insights with our user acquisition team to turn organic content into high performing ads
  • Ability to partner with influencer team to leverage influencers as organic content creators for our owned channels
