Job Summary

A social media monitoring company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Social Medial Monitoring Customer Success Intelligence Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as a project manager, analyst and strategist for an embedded role on a client team
  • Act as a core strategic translator by having deep knowledge
  • Intake ambiguous research questions and performance goals to distill them into digestible measurement briefs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Track record of executing statistically sound results
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to serve as a project manager, analyst and strategist for an embedded role on a client team
  • Ability to keep all client projects on track and within scope/budget
