A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Social Work Case Manager.

  • Managing behavioral and psychosocial needs
  • Providing guidance to members

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • MS in Social Work and 3 years experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Current unrestricted LCSW license
  • Skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
  • Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays
