A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Social Work Case Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing participant's limitations or support interventions
- Managing behavioral and psychosocial needs
- Providing guidance to members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- MS in Social Work and 3 years experience or a combination of education and experience
- Current unrestricted LCSW license
- Skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays
