Job Summary
A government organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Social Worker II in Bismarck.
Must be able to:
- Provide case management to elderly and physically disabled individuals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform intake and assessments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to visit clients in their homes and conduct on-site assessments
- Licensure as a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners
- 1 year of professional human services work experience as a social worker, human relations counselor, or similar
- Proficiency in the use of a computer
- Good time management and organizations skills
