Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Social Worker in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assessing psycho-social needs of clients that are recommended for intake into quarantine and isolation housing
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the nature and degree of clients’ needs
  • Facilitating linkage to housing solutions that are appropriate to clients’ documented needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • MSW from accredited graduate school of social work
  • Past experience with discharge planning or care coordination in a medical setting
  • Comfortable working remotely
