A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Social Worker in Harris County.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assessing patient and family psychosocial needs
- Developing plan of care in concert with the departmental team
- Linking patients and family to appropriate community resources
Qualifications for this position include:
- Licensed Master's degree-level clinician
- Licenses must be active and unrestricted
- 5+ years of experience with pediatric and / or adolescent population
- 2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
