Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Account Executive.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Crafting effective strategies to capture and expand business
  • Preparing strategies and plans for specific account targets
  • Creating presentations and demos for customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Able to travel at least 25% of the time
  • 5 years of experience participating in sales
  • 5 or more years experience with traditional RDBMS
  • Good knowledge of datacenter architecture, particularly multi-datacenter and global deployments
  • Experience with Hadoop or similar technology
  • Experience translating technical sales into business value that solves business problems
