Job Summary
A call center services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing system configurations for multiple applications
- Providing daily operation support, education and troubleshooting
- Preparing calling lists and loading calling data into various CRM systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic understanding of data principles
- Demonstrated ability to work on diverse projects simultaneously
- Ability to self-motivate
- Comfort working with all Microsoft Office tools
