Job Summary

A call center services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing system configurations for multiple applications
  • Providing daily operation support, education and troubleshooting
  • Preparing calling lists and loading calling data into various CRM systems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of data principles
  • Demonstrated ability to work on diverse projects simultaneously
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Comfort working with all Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
