A global science and technology solutions leader is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Application Engineer in New Orleans.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing world-class Application baseload and non-baseload support
  • Designing, coding and delivering new applications and application enhancements
  • Supporting and enhancing existing applications

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel 10% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, or equivalent work experience with 6+ years related experience
  • Experience with GE Smallworld, ESRI, Oracle and SQL Server
  • Expertise with common GIS software
  • Interaction with map features
  • Efficient use of core functions
