A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Place orders/Ship tracking/ Order research
- Check account or certificate balances or account transactions
- Return/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments
Skills and Requirements Include:
- HS Diploma
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to maintain customer relationships
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong computer navigation skills
