- 4 years prior work experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated history of leading and supporting successful projects
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to engage with clients in collecting requirements
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and testing lifecycle
- Experience working with different agile methodologies
