Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Telecommute MuleSoft Certification Exams Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on exam and individual question performance
  • Driving the enhancement and operationalization of item writing enablement materials and process
  • Creating and maintain exam questions and test forms in our training infrastructure

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years successfully leading the development of technical certification exams in the software industry
  • Extensive knowledge of the different types and details of exam development methodologies
  • Experience developing an exam through the entire development process from ideation to release and secure maintenance
  • Ability to analyze exam performance and plan and execute resulting action plans
  • Experience developing and ensuring standard development and enablement processes
