Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Client Services Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage approximately 10-25 multi-phase implementations
- Be responsible for high billable utilization and customer satisfaction
- Build project plans and schedule resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel approximately 15-30% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of manufacturing and/or distribution software implementation experience
- Proven success in software project implementation and deployment, along with strong troubleshooting skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, MS Project
- Experience in managing stakeholders and a demonstrated ability to manage project risk
- PMP Certification or the ability to obtain PMP certification within the first 12 months in the position
