Job Summary

A software developer is in need of a Telecommute Software Contract Attorney.

Must be able to:

• Review, revise, draft and negotiate inbound and outbound contracts on behalf of the company
• Review new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
• Research and advise on a variety of legal issues

Required Skills:

• Law degree from a recognized university
• High-volume contracts management
• 5 years of corporate experience gained in law firm and/or in-house
• Experience with sales, distribution, licensing, and consulting agreements
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills plus ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong contract skills with technology, network, data, cloud platform, SaaS, and commercial matters
