Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Contract Renewals Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct regular renewal pipeline reviews with your Renewals Representatives
- Manage a team of 8-10 Customer Renewal Specialists
- Drive your team towards achievement of established unit and dollar retention targets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel expectation is 20%-30%
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong leadership skills and management experience in the software industry
- Ability to lead meetings with 20 people in a managerial capacity
- Ability to hire and train new renewal representatives
- Ability to negotiate price, other concessions, and terms & conditions
