Job Summary
A computer software company is in need of a Telecommute Software Corporate Development Senior Director.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with leadership across the organization to develop strategies
- Perform detailed analysis to evaluate the business implications of potential transactions
- Drive corporate development pipeline
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in product management, corporate development, venture capital, or consulting
- Proven experience and repeated success sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, and closing transactions
- Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or data oriented industries
- Strong quantitative and valuation skills, as well as demonstrable analytical thinking
- Demonstrated history of relationship building and negotiating with senior executives
- Comfortable diving into multiple business functions
