Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Customer Success Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all technical aspects of the post-sales process
  • Carefully reviewing customer data to identify points of interest
  • Helping customers integrate the company's toolds with their own in-house tools

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Basic database and/or SQL experience
  • Understanding of DDoS events and basic mitigation methods
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a hi-tech sales/solutions engineering or systems/network engineering role
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
