Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Software Customer Success Engineer in San Mateo.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Interpret needs into solutions, minimizing churn and driving expansion
  • Track critical action items for our Enterprise customers
  • Manage complicated onboarding processes with growing customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience with Sales engineering and/or Customer Success or Support roles
  • Experience with SaaS technology or Enterprise solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Experience with systems design and/or software engineering
  • Good understanding of Object-Oriented and programming concepts in Java
