Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Software Customer Success Engineer in San Mateo.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interpret needs into solutions, minimizing churn and driving expansion
- Track critical action items for our Enterprise customers
- Manage complicated onboarding processes with growing customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience with Sales engineering and/or Customer Success or Support roles
- Experience with SaaS technology or Enterprise solutions
- Strong technical aptitude
- Experience with systems design and/or software engineering
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented and programming concepts in Java
