Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Customer Success Management Account Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Building and managing a team of Account and Customer Success Managers
Recruiting, empowering, and retaining solid Account and Customer Success Manager
Working with the CEO to refine/improve GTM playbook and strategy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Successful track records managing, renewing, and expanding enterprise accounts
Great and consistent renewal, expansion, and upsell achievements
Successful experience in implementing, user education, and success enablement
Experience in recruiting solid ACSM, Implementation, and Customer Support reps
