Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Customer Success Management Account Head.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and managing a team of Account and Customer Success Managers
- Recruiting, empowering, and retaining solid Account and Customer Success Manager
- Working with the CEO to refine/improve GTM playbook and strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Successful track records managing, renewing, and expanding enterprise accounts
- Great and consistent renewal, expansion, and upsell achievements
- Successful experience in implementing, user education, and success enablement
- Experience in recruiting solid ACSM, Implementation, and Customer Support reps
