Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Customer Success Management Account Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and managing a team of Account and Customer Success Managers
  • Recruiting, empowering, and retaining solid Account and Customer Success Manager
  • Working with the CEO to refine/improve GTM playbook and strategy

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Successful track records managing, renewing, and expanding enterprise accounts
  • Great and consistent renewal, expansion, and upsell achievements
  • Successful experience in implementing, user education, and success enablement
  • Experience in recruiting solid ACSM, Implementation, and Customer Support reps
