A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Nurturing the relationships started during the sales process
- Building trust and helping customers get the most out of Company's product
- Building and maintaining a healthy database of customer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong communication skills over email, phone, and video
- Experience with and passion for helping people or businesses use software
- Familiarity with the acronyms SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and SaaS
- A proven track record in customer success
