Job Summary

A company that develops software is in need of a Telecommute Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with the key stakeholders & decision makers
  • Assist sales representatives with renewals
  • Develop strategies to expand engagement with key strategic accounts

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel approximately 25% when it is safe to do so
  • 2-5 years' experience (and demonstrated credibility) working in a technical role
  • 5-7 years' technical project management, technical account management, or professional services consulting
