Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Customer Success Manager in Bloomington.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining relationships within an assigned territory of existing customer accounts
- Meeting or exceeding license and services quotas on a monthly and yearly basis
- Ensuring customers recognize and receive value from their maintenance contract
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel to customer sites and work from home one day per week
