Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Customer Success Manager in Bloomington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and maintaining relationships within an assigned territory of existing customer accounts
  • Meeting or exceeding license and services quotas on a monthly and yearly basis
  • Ensuring customers recognize and receive value from their maintenance contract
