A data management software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Customer Support Consultant in Reno.
Must be able to:
- Deliver technical support and resolve request issues from end users
- Perform detailed troubleshooting to identify the cause of a problem
- Document, track, monitor, and report on support cases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- A history of supporting software products with an array of technical knowledge and skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar or relevant position
