Job Summary
A company that connects top talent with businesses is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Customer Support Senior Vice President.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Consistently reviewing metrics to make strategic decisions and set team goals on a daily basis
- Managing customer escalations swiftly & decisively
- Mentoring and coaching 5 to 10 VPs of customer support and coach them towards continuous improvement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on software support as a Team Manager
- Minimum 15+ years of overall software support industry experience
- Previously managed 5-10 managers
- Previously managed $5M/yr budget, and a team of at least 150+ people
