A software development and web design company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Development Agency Administrative Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with team members to create a smooth workflow and meeting deadlines on time-sensitive projects
- Providing clear and accurate notes as a record of meetings with clients, user interviews, and sales presentations
- Proofreading and editing various articles (published online) and reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree
- 2 years of Professional Experience or
- Internship Experience
- Experience with tools such as Click-Up and HubSpot
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
