Job Summary
A software development company specializing in cloud-based applications needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Development Community Manager.
Must be able to:
- Work with the Marketing to drive adoption of Community across all customer touch points and campaigns
- Drive adoption of Community initiatives among the field organization
- Develop your (data-driven) ideas, present them to your manager and peers on other teams, gaining buy-in -- and then following up with execution
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years of demonstrated success as a community manager
- Working experience with Community platforms, basic and advanced community functionality and UI
- Working knowledge of Salesforce / CRM systems
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to be passionate about technology and cloud solutions in particular
- Innovative thinker, looking for new ways to interact with customers
