Job Summary

A software development company specializing in cloud-based applications needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Development Community Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Work with the Marketing to drive adoption of Community across all customer touch points and campaigns
  • Drive adoption of Community initiatives among the field organization
  • Develop your (data-driven) ideas, present them to your manager and peers on other teams, gaining buy-in -- and then following up with execution

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2-4 years of demonstrated success as a community manager
  • Working experience with Community platforms, basic and advanced community functionality and UI
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce / CRM systems
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to be passionate about technology and cloud solutions in particular
  • Innovative thinker, looking for new ways to interact with customers
