Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Development Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Create immediate success in the implementation of our product for our new customers
- Collect and report customer insights to drive continuous performance improvements
- Build customer relationships and create customer loyalty
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years experience within a SaaS-based Customer Success organization
- Ability to manage customer escalations (internally and externally) and negotiate resolution
- Proven ability to work effectively across corporate functions
