Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Development Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Create immediate success in the implementation of our product for our new customers
  • Collect and report customer insights to drive continuous performance improvements
  • Build customer relationships and create customer loyalty

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience within a SaaS-based Customer Success organization
  • Ability to manage customer escalations (internally and externally) and negotiate resolution
  • Proven ability to work effectively across corporate functions
