Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Development Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Onboarding and training customers
  • Building and executing adoption plans specific to each customer
  • Owning, tracking and reporting on customer health

Position Requirements Include:

  • Occasional travel to customer locations is required
  • 7 years of Customer Success experience within the enterprise software, cloud, SaaS, or PaaS space
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the technology domains of DevOps, AI/ML, or related technologies
  • Strong customer presence and significant experience in working with customers
  • Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
