Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Development Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Onboarding and training customers
- Building and executing adoption plans specific to each customer
- Owning, tracking and reporting on customer health
Position Requirements Include:
- Occasional travel to customer locations is required
- 7 years of Customer Success experience within the enterprise software, cloud, SaaS, or PaaS space
- Ability to communicate effectively in the technology domains of DevOps, AI/ML, or related technologies
- Strong customer presence and significant experience in working with customers
- Superior analytical and critical thinking skills
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
