Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Development Lead Product Designer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting and maintaining our design system & component library
- Assisting in mentoring senior and junior level product design team members
- Collaborating with PM’s and engineers in an iterative, transparent and feedback driven process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience shipping complex B2B products or large-scale consumer products
- CSS, HTML, Javascript, and detailed knowledge of how modern web & mobile applications are built
- Expert in Figma, with strong prototyping abilities (Framer, React)
- Strong design foundation in both UI (interaction, visual) and UX (user research, analysis, information architecture, wireframing)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
- Portfolio demonstrating a clean visual aesthetic and strong eye for detail
