A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Software Development Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review processes, principles, and practices for the Software Development team
- Lead a team of developers
- Improve and maintain a consistent release cadence to adapt to customer needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience as a developer & manager and client-side libraries
- Experience developing RESTful web services
- Proven ability to lead developers as a manager or team lead
- Experience managing a remote team, both onshore and offshore
- Thorough understanding of JavaScript
- Strong understanding and use of software design patterns, models, etc
