Job Summary
A software solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Software Development Portfolio Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting weekly with each of your direct reports to provide guidance, mentoring and feedback
- Tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to complete projects on time
- Championing and promoting Agile principles, values and scrum practices within teams and with stakeholders
Required Skills:
- A strong track record of problem-solving and a roll up your sleeves mentality
- 3+ years of experience managing small teams of program and project managers
- 6+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams in an Agile environment
- 10+ years of experience working as a program or project manager
- Proven track record of managing program or project managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization
