Job Summary
A software developer is seeking a Telecommute Software Development Senior Service Now Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Control the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal throughout the Life Cycle of all supported CIs
- Provide information on the status of CIs
- Maintain and distribute Configuration Management Health reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of ServiceNow applications
- Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB modules and additional supporting modules
- Understanding and experience in configuration management principles
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member
- Demonstrated self-direction and attention to detail with ability to work in a fast paced
