Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Development Technical Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs
  • Coach and lead the cross-functional teams through agile methodologies
  • Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional/cross-team projects

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience working with software teams in an agile environment
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where self-motivated
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to mediate between competing product and technical priorities
