Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Development Technical Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs
- Coach and lead the cross-functional teams through agile methodologies
- Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional/cross-team projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of program/project management experience working with software teams in an agile environment
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where self-motivated
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to mediate between competing product and technical priorities
