Job Summary

A health services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Engineering Director.

Must be able to:

• Develop and implement Best-In-Class software development practices/methodologies
• Maintain a dashboard of Key Performance Indicators tracking the efficacy of product delivery
• Provide proactive leadership, coaching, clarity of direction and career growth development

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of application programming experience in a Microsoft environment developing applications
• 10+ years experience of building and deployment of highly available fault-tolerant system
• 5+ years of a proven track record of leading technology teams and programs with a budget dollar value of over $1M/Year
• 5+ years leading production support teams responsible for surveillance, monitoring
• Working knowledge of Agile development methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Proven track record of delivering horizontally scalable solution
