Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Software Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Adding 9’s to our current database as a service platform, by applying software engineering practices
  • Managing and reporting team success against KPIs via regular operations and business reviews
  • Rolling up your sleeves and contributing technically to the team, when applicable, to improve our products

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • You understand the value of shipping quickly and of software craftsmanship
  • Experience leading, motivating, and mentoring fast moving, highly-skilled infrastructure engineering teams
  • Previous experience running production-grade software at scale
  • Experience in all the common technologies in a modern cloud-based SaaS offering
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
