Job Summary
A benefits management solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Software Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that Product Requirements are introduced and properly understood by the Engineering team in a timely manner
- Discussing project requirements with Engineering management, Product management and Engineering Technical Lead
- Analyzing technology, resource needs, and Engineering skill set to meet the long term needs for Product Development
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ten plus years of experience managing software engineering teams in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Comfortable working remotely
